Delivery terms and conditions

The goods are delivered to parcel machines or by couriers of Omniva, SmartPOST or DPD according to your choice. 

When choosing delivery to the parcel machine, a popup will be displayed to allow you to search for the pickup point of your preference, after the order is completed, in the thank-you page.

Delivery times are on working days. Day 0 is considered the day of package collection by the carrier company.

Honeyfly Lingerie holds no liability for any delays in the shipment of goods if they have been timely passed to our logistics partners, and the delay stems from situations beyond our control or prediction. 

Orders placed on honeyflylingerie.com are processed daily, formalized, and handed over to the carrier service within 1-3 working days. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not working days.  

Upon the arrival of your items at the parcel terminal, an SMS notification will be sent to you. Use the provided code at the designated terminal to collect your order. Note that your package will be available in the parcel box for a duration of 7 calendar days. After expiry of the above mentioned period, the package shall be returned to the internet store. If the customer fails to pick up the package within the above mentioned period, the customer shall be required to cover the expenses related to repeated delivery of the product. 

Before placing an order, the customer should make sure the contact details are correct to prevent any delivery delays or confusion. The Seller can't be held responsible for problems that arise if the information provided is wrong or inaccurate.
