1. Ownership and Operation This online store, www.honeyflylingerie.com, is owned and operated by Honeyfly OÜ, reg. number 16844444. These terms govern the rights and obligations arising from purchasing goods from our online store.

2. Applicable Law In addition to these terms, legal relationships arising from purchasing products from our online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Honeyfly OÜ reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 3. Ease and Security of Online Ordering Ordering from our online store is designed to be convenient and secure. Registration as a user is not required for purchasing, and we welcome both individuals and legal entities. Please note that product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product. Product descriptions in our e-store may not be exhaustive and are subject to unintentional errors. If a product received significantly differs from its description online, customers are encouraged to contact customer service within 14 days of receipt to resolve the issue.

4. Pricing All prices in the Honeyfly OÜ e-store include a 22% VAT. Discount percentages displayed are rounded to the nearest whole number.

5. Placing Orders To place an order, find the desired products and add them to your shopping cart. You can view your cart's contents by clicking on the cart icon in the website header. The quantities of products in the cart can be adjusted, and products can be removed if necessary. Before finalizing the order, please select a suitable delivery method. For orders over 100€, delivery is free within Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. To proceed with the order, click on “place order.” For returning customers, log in to your account; new customers should click “new customer” and enter contact details. Confirm the order by clicking “order and pay.” You will receive an order confirmation and invoice copy by email. Orders can be tracked under “My Account.”

6. Sales Agreement The sales agreement is binding upon payment for the order and is effective from the moment the total order amount is received in Honeyfly OÜ’s bank account.

7. Delivery Delivery is conducted via Omniva or SmartPOST, depending on your selection, with fixed prices within the Republic of Estonia, independent of package weight. Delivery time is up to 14 working days. Honeyfly OÜ is not responsible for delivery delays if the goods have been timely handed over to logistics partners but delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Right of Return Customers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, send an email to info@honeyflylingerie.com. Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 14 days to the bank account used for payment. Returned goods must be intact, in original packaging, and unused. In case of damaged or non-conforming products, please notify us immediately at info@honeyflylingerie.com. We will offer a replacement or refund. Products with external damage from use will not be refunded or replaced. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or non-conforming.

9. Personal Data Protection and Security The personal data controller for the e-store Honeyfly Lingerie is Honeyfly OÜ, reg. number 16844444. Personal data processed includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, bank account numbers, and details related to the cost of goods and services (purchase history). The purpose of processing personal data is for managing customer orders and delivering goods. Purchase history data are used for an overview of purchased goods and services and analyzing customer preferences. Bank account numbers are used for refunding payments to customers. Personal data like email, phone number, and customer name are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services. The user's IP address or other network identifiers are processed for providing the online store service and for web usage statistics.

Data recipients include the chosen transport service provider to whom we transmit the name, phone number, and email address. In the case of courier delivery, the customer's address is also shared.

E-Gift Card Usage Policy

1. Honeyfly Lingerie offers e-gift cards in denominations of €50, €100, €150, €250, and €500, exclusively for use on the www.honeyflylingerie.com online store.

2. Gift cards have a 1-year expiry date from the date of issue, after which they automatically expire, rendering any remaining balance unusable and non-refundable.

3. Activation of the e-gift card occurs once its full value has been paid. This card can then be employed to buy any product available on www.honeyflylingerie.com up to the card's nominal value.

4. Should your order exceed the e-gift card's balance, the remaining amount must be covered using any other payment method accepted on www.honeyflylingerie.com.

5. The cardholder is entitled to utilize the gift card multiple times until depleting its value.

6. In cases where returns are made for items purchased with a gift card, the refund will be applied back to the original card. Should the original card be unavailable, a new e-gift card with the refund amount will be issued by Honeyfly Lingerie.

7. Honeyfly Lingerie is not liable for the non-delivery or delayed delivery of the digital gift card due to:

• Failures or malfunctions in telecommunication lines/systems.
• Incorrect recipient information provided by the card purchaser.
• Classification of Honeyfly Lingerie's email as spam or unwanted e-mail.

8. E-gift cards are not redeemable for cash or replaceable with a new card extending the original validity period.

9. Honeyfly Lingerie disclaims responsibility for losses incurred due to the e-gift card's use by unauthorized parties. Such transactions are not eligible for reimbursement to the card's purchaser or its legitimate user.

11. Your purchase, use, or attempt to use an e-gift card signifies acceptance of these terms, which are provided at the point of purchase and available on our website.
